Kaleidoscope Grand Opening
We are so excited to announce the grand opening of MACL’s brand new childcare centre, Kaleidoscope Childcare Centre! This state-of-the-art, inclusive facility has opened its doors in Mission, bringing much-needed resources and support to local families.
Kaleidoscope is ready to welcome 67 children ranging from 0 to 12 years old. We offer four licensed programs designed to meet the needs of children at every stage of development:
- Infant & Toddler Program: Birth to 36 months, accommodating up to 12 children
- 3–5 Years Program: 30 months to school age, accommodating up to 25 children
- Preschool Program: 30 months to school age, accommodating up to 20 children
- Out of School Program: Kindergarten to 12 years, accommodating up to 25 children, offering after-school care and pick-up services
The second floor of Kaleidoscope houses the Child and Youth Excellence Hub, a partnership between Fraser Valley Child Development and Mission Association for Community Living. Together, they provide essential services, including:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Speech and Language Support
- Behaviour Intervention
- Early Intervention
- Supported Child Development
- Family Support
These programs ensure children and youth have access to inclusive, high-quality care that supports their growth, development, and overall well-being.
